Introduction

The Action Calendar holds all scheduled events that are created inside Calaxy (or any WORLD app). Any time you book a Video Call (or Experience based on Video Calling) with a Creator, it automatically gets scheduled on your Action Calendar. Anytime you send a Creator a Special Request with a date/time component and the Creator accepts the request, it gets added to your Action Calendar.

📅 Viewing Events On Your Action Calendar

To view past and upcoming events on your Action Calendar:

1. Tap the 📅 calendar icon in the top right corner of the Messages tab in Calaxy (or any WORLD app)

2. The calendar will always be oriented to TODAY and show today's events on the list (if you have any)

3. Any dates highlighted in RED mean there are events schedule on that day

4. Any dates in grey mean there are no events scheduled for that day

5. Tap on a date to view that day's list of events

6. Tap on any event on the list to be brought to the conversation containing that event. The event details will open up in a slide up panel for you to view

7. Any events that are pulsing in a pink highlight mean "they are happening NOW and need your attention"

8. When viewing a list of events, you can minimize the calendar by tapping the "circular arrow icon" in the top right of the screen

9. Finally, from the list view, you can toggle through days by tapping the "<" and ">" arrows beside the active date at the top of the list

If you are a verified Creator, you will also see a pending earnings amount displayed at the top of each day. This is how much you are scheduled to earn when you complete the day's events. The amount for each event will be indicated in blue to the right of each event on the list.

Calendar FAQ

Can I sync calendar events with my Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars?

Calaxy does not currently support syncing events to outside Calendars, but we have plans to introduce this functionality in the future.

Will I get notifications for events that are happening soon?

Yes. Calaxy will notify you via push notification when you have events coming up. We will also send you notifications if you are running late for a scheduled event.

Can I edit my action calendar or add my own custom events?

No. The Calaxy Action calendar is populated and maintained automatically when paid interactions with Creators (or fans, if you are a Creator) are scheduled. Its just a way of organizing and displaying interactions that have a scheduled component (like Video Calls, or Special Requests).
