Introduction

The Calaxy Messenger is more than just for chat. Its the book of business for thousands of Creators and their fans. Every service and every experience purchased from a Creator is handled end-to-end inside Calaxy Messenger. You can also do magical things like text crypto and NFTs, text money off-app to friends without an account, paywall group chats (coming soon) and hop on a video call with an A-list celeb (or your favourite streamer!). We like to call it "DMs with Superpowers" 🦸‍♀️

💬 Direct Messages

Direct Messages are 1:1 chats with another user on Calaxy. Calaxy DM comes out-of-the-box with all the features you'd expect:

• Replies

• Emoji Reactions

• GIF Support

• Videos & Images

• Links

• Audio Messages

When you first message someone, it will show up as a conversation request on their end that they need to approve. Once they do, you can start chatting. All active conversations live in the Messenger > "Messages" tab. Direct Messages will show a circular avatar of the person your are chatting in the main inbox. You can search for conversations using the search box at the top, or create a new conversation using the "+" icon (top right)

🍀 Group Chats

Group Chats are DM conversations with 3 people are more — great for hanging out with your friends, or building a tribe of Superfans. Group chats come with all the standard features your'd expect:

• Group Chat name + Icon

• Member invites

• Banning users

• Permissions controls

All active group chats live in the Messenger > "Messages" tab. Group chats are represented by a square icon of the group chat image in the main inbox, and an excerpt of the most recent message in the chat.

Ever wished you could just text your favourite celeb, streamer, or NBA athlete? On Calaxy, you can. In fact, you can do a whole lot more than just text. Calaxy Messenger is the place to buy unique experiences from Creators, and have it delivered directly in your 1:1 chat with them.

You can buy stuff like:
