Introduction
Calaxy is a huge platform with a lot of moving parts. There's a lot to learn! To help you on your journey, Calaxy has 2 primary modes of support: The Calaxy Learning Center and Direct Help. Learn about both below.

Learning Center
The Calaxy Learning Center is the main place to learn (almost) everything there is to know about mastering the universe. Start by getting faimilar with the Key Concepts, then work your way through the main sections (like My Account, Worlds, My Wallet) and when you are ready, take on one of the Deep Dives (coming soon) to achieve true mastery.

Direct Help
In addition to the learning center, there are ways to get direct help from a Calaxy team member, or the community.
In-App Support
If you need in-app support for a specific issue:
From the Profile options menu, tap "Settings"
In the settings panel, tap "Help & Support"
Follow the on-screen prompts to get in-app support
Social Support
The Calaxy community is often super fast and super helpful at addressing common issues. If you're having trouble, trying posting your question in the Main Calaxy App home feed or on X by mentioning @CalaxyApp. More often than not, someone from the community will respond right away to help out!
