Calaxy is short for "The Creator's Galaxy" and represents a universe of WORLDS (Mini Apps) owned and operated by Creators.
What Is Calaxy?
WORLDS are mini, monetizable social apps owned & operated by their Creators. WORLD apps are launched from the main Calaxy App > World LaunchPad.
What Is A World?
The World LaunchPad is used to create and launch WORLDS on Calaxy. Once launched, you can install your World to home screen as an app and start building your population.

Your universe passport. Sign up anywhere, login everywhere. A Calaxy account will work with all Worlds, no matter what World you join first.

Every Calaxy Account comes with a Wallet that holds your cash (USD), crypto, and Collectibles (NFTs). Your Wallet securely and safely handles all of your financial matters on Calaxy.

We refer to "cash" as traditional fiat money like US dollars. Your wallet can hold cash, and you can spend cash on services & experiences offered by Creators.

"Crypto" are digital cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin ($BTC) or US dollar Stablecoins ($USDC). Your wallet can hold crypto and you can spend it on products & services offered by Creators.

"Collectibles" are a special type of object inside the Calaxy platform that can be held in your wallet, bought, resold, and traded with your friends.

"Creators" are a special account type that can sell services & experiences from their profile Shop. Apply to be a Creator in the Profile > Settings menu.

"My Shop" refers to a Creator's digital storefront visible on their profile, or Shop tab inside of their World. Creators can sell services, subscriptions, and experiences from their Shop.

"Monetization" refers to all the ways you can earn income on Calaxy. This includes selling services & experoences, paid polls, tips, and subscriptions.

"Jobs" are services & experiences sold by Creators that are waiting to be completed. Creators complete Jobs in the Messenger > Jobs tab.

Each World has its own "access mode" which determines entry requirements. The four access modes are: Open, Invite-Only, Subscription, and Token Gated.
World Access Mode
Worlds can either be "visible" or "invisible." Visible Worlds show up on the World Explorer and home feed in the main Calaxy App. Invisible Worlds are completey off the grid.
World Visibility
"Subscriptions" are a class of product offered by Creators that are paid for on a recurring monthly basis. These include Paid Follows, Fan Clubs, and World Memberships (Subscription Access Mode).

"Services" are a class of product offered by Creators where fans request an interaction with a Creator through one of the service tools like Video Calls, Video Messages.
Services
"Custom Experiences" are a class of product on Calaxy where Creators curate a set of pre-built interactions with fans. eg. A yoga instructor could build an inventory of 1v1 digital yoga lessons.
