Managing WORLD Members

Population management is a key part of maintaining a healthy community inside your WORLD. As the WORLD Creator, you have complete control over who can and cannot participate in your WORLD app.

To view & manage your WORLD members:

1. From your WORLD's home tab, open the World Sidebar (top right menu icon)

2. Tap the 3-dot options menu beside your WORLD

3. Tap "Admin" to open your WORLD's admin panel

4. Tap "Members" in the admin panel to view all members

5. Search for members using the "Search Members" search bar at the top

6. Invite other Calaxy users using the "+" icon (top right)

7. Filter the member list based on "Joined", "Invited", "Banned"

Banning A User:

1. Tap the "Remove" button beside any member you want to ban from your WORLD on the above member list*

The next time the banned user tries to access your WORLD, they will receive a notification on the WORLD's join screen indicating their ban status. They will no longer be able to access your WORLD. Any outstanding services or transactions they had active at the time of the ban will be cancelled and refunds issued where appropriate.
