This article applies to verified Creators only. Cash balances are not yet supported for non-Creator accounts.

Withdrawing cash involves initiating a cash transfer from your Calaxy wallet to a connected bank account. Withdraws typically settle in less than 1 business day (via ACH) or 3 business days (via Wire). The fastest transfer method will automatically be chosen at the time of withdraw, depending on what country you are operating in.

🏦 Withdrawing Cash Your Bank Account

To withdraw cash to your bank account:

1. Open the Wallet from the main nav bar

2. Tap the 3-dot wallet options menu (top right)

3. Select "Withdraw"

4. Select the amount of cash you want to withdraw

5. Select a connected destination bank account in the "Withdraw to" dropdown select (or add a bank account if you haven't previously added one)

6. Review the withdraw details (like Amount, currency, destination account number, settlement ETA)

7. Agree to the terms of service checkbox

8. When ready, tap "Complete Withdraw" to initiate a cash withdraw to your bank

You can view the status of the transaction at any time in Transactions history.
